Terms of Service

1. Who you are agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Teralabs LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 52993, Dover, DE 19904, USA (“Teralabs”, “we”). They cover the Tre cloud service at tre-app.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

2. The service

Tre is a minimal kanban — boards, lists, cards — built to be operated both by people in the browser and by AI agents over MCP and REST. We deliberately keep the product small; features may evolve, but simplicity is part of what you are buying.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and must keep control of it; actions taken with your session or with a personal API token you created count as yours. Keep API tokens secret and revoke any token you no longer use (Settings → API tokens).

4. Workspaces and roles

Content lives in workspaces. A workspace’s owner holds its final decisions — renaming it, transferring ownership, deleting it — and admins manage its members. You are responsible for the people and agents you let into your workspace. Workspace deletion is immediate and permanent for all its members’ access and all its content.

5. Your content

Your content is yours. You grant us only the license needed to host, store, transmit and display it in order to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models and we do not sell it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Tre to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, or to probe or disrupt the service (rate limits are part of the service). We may suspend accounts or workspaces that do.

7. Plans, trials and billing

The cloud service offers a Solo plan ($9/month) and a Team plan ($29/month), prices in US dollars, exclusive of VAT and sales taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable. The first workspace a person creates starts with a 14-day free trial — no payment method required, one trial per person; a workspace created after that is read-only until a plan is chosen. If a trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and full access returns on payment. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and amounts already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Purchasing may be limited to certain countries while we roll out billing. We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance.

8. Self-hosting

Tre’s software may separately be made available to run on your own infrastructure under its own license. These terms cover only the cloud service we operate at tre-app.com.

9. Termination

You can leave at any time: export your data, delete your workspaces, delete your account (Settings → Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms; where reasonable we will warn you first.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where the service runs is described in the privacy policy, which we keep current; it is not a term of this agreement.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Teralabs’ total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €100 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page (and by email for paid workspaces) at least 14 days before they take effect. Using the service after that means the new terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or Switzerland, you keep any mandatory protections and venue rights of your country of residence.
